This track is explicitly designed as a study and instructor path for those who want to teach or lead classes focused on health, longevity, and accessible movement within our fusion system.

How the Three Tracks Work Together

  • Core teaching model: Wing Chun Kung Fu and Trinity FMA are taught as a fusion system (Tracks 1 & 2 together) for most students.
  • Exception basis: Track 1 (Wing Chun only) or Track 2 (Trinity FMA only) may be offered individually when a student has a specific focus or prior background.
  • Foundation for all: Kinetic Functional Movement (Track 3) serves as the entry and foundation layer, especially for seniors and beginners, before or alongside the fusion system.
  • Instructor development: Advanced students may pursue instructor certification in the fusion system (1 & 2) and/or the Kinetic Functional Movement track (3), creating a versatile teaching profile that blends internal arts, weapon arts, and functional movement.
